The office address is Northern Notarial Services Limited, St. Paul's House, 23 Park Square South, Leeds LS1 2ND. When you get to the building, the ground floor reception will let you in and should direct you to the third floor. This is signposted as Orega who are the building management company. There is an Orega reception on the 3rd floor and they will let us know that you have arrived.

If you need it, there is street parking around Park Square. For normal notarial matters you should expect a meeting time of 20-25 minutes, so we suggest paying for 40 minutes. The parking wardens are usually close, so please do not risk not buying a ticket, or overrun. It is about £2.65, or a few pence less with coins for 40 mins. If it is likely to take longer, we will tell you in advance.
