We appreciate that the need for notarisation of a document is often urgent.

Please include the following:

• Copy of the documents that you need to be completed. See below for information on how to scan documents using an iPhone/iPad.
• Any supporting documents, such as the email or letter requesting that they be notarised and any request that the documents by apostilled and/or legalised.
• A telephone number so that we can call to discuss with you.
• When you need the documents to be completed.

Please note that we often work remotely and so operate strictly by appointment only. Most notarial acts will require a face-to-face visit for the purposes of validating your identity, but there may be some that can be done remotely, such as notarising of university qualifications where they are validated by the university..
For corporate clients, we are happy to travel to your offices.
For individuals, we are happy to travel to your home.

Out of hours and weekend appointments can be arranged if required.
